enTechnia software documentation is included on the CD that you received, if you purchased one of our applications. In the event that you have run into a situation and cannot find the answer in the included documents, you have options available to you:

Questions will be replied to between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. Please include a description of your situation and if there is any specific scenario in which it occurs. Include your telephone number and the hours (and Time Zone) that we may reach you, in the event that one of our technicians would need to call.
